From Salerno to Rome - Part Five

We are in turn three now, November and a 50% chance of bad weather.

Bad weather means the bridges can't be repaired,
so the Indians and New Zealanders are stuck on the east coast.
Elsewhere the advance continues slowly, albeit the Germans are starting to pull back.

More bad weather sees limited attacks around Mount Versuivious.

But clear skies on the third impulse
have let the Allies close up to the German lines in the centre and east.
In the west the Germans have pulled back leaving a garrison to hold Naples.
