The special invasion rules are mostly over. One thing I needed to check was reinforcement allocations. As a result Soviet Turn 4 reinforcements have gone to the centre and Special Reinforcement Pools 6 and 8 (16th and 19th Armies) are allocated to the centre.
Turn 4 attack on the road to Kiev.
Turn 4 attacks on the roads to Lvov.
11 Panzer has broken through and surround a number of Soviet units,
however the Soviets are striking back.
Annoyingly for the Soviets this attack would classify as a Mandated Attack,
however there are none currently specified.
Big picture end of Turn 4 (28-29 June)
Soviets plan to withdraw from Bessarabia as soon as possible,
as they know the Romanians won't cross into the Ukraine.
Combats aimed at sweeping the Soviets from south east Poland.
End of Turn 5
AGS is yet to cross into Ukraine.
The Bessarabia front is about to open
Turn 6 and AGS has now attacking into Ukraine.
But it's not all easy going in the south.
The Soviets continue to pull back.
However further fortifications are being constructed around Kiev.
Something which is very evident further south.
