Don't Mention The War - Part 31

The only thing that will save the Europeans and their Japanese friends from the endless onslaught of the Imperialists and their commie lackies is short turns and bad weather.

In the fine weather of September/October the Yankees overwhelmed Paris and even seized Lille (which had been grievously weakened in the previous counteroffensive fiasco).

The defenders of Paris,
both of them.

The Commonwealth also tried to beat up the Italians in the south of France.  They had them trapped, but in a wonderful bit of karma, the turn ended at the first opportunity (10% chance).  But the good luck didn't end there.  In a mighty role, the Europeans won the initiative going into the November/December turn.  And then things only got better as Europe was hit by snow and blizzard.

der Schneeerzeuger
It comes with explicit instructions:
FOR USE ONLY ON THE WESTERN FRONT.

To keep the Soviets at bay the Europeans need more than just some snow making machines, they need to go the full Dairy Queen and unleash die Blizzard-Wunderwaffe.

Production

German production has been hit hard by the loss of resources.  As can be seen from the above images, they can not even procure horses to move their wonder equipment.  They are relying on wind power to deliver the snow.  On the eastern front they use lots of wind to create blizzards!
