The weather has been horrible, but an initial burst of fine weather in March/April 1941 saw a Japanese offensive blast a part of the Nationalist Chinese defences. Another hex lost.
Partisan activity in Indo-China is hotting up,
go go Ho Ho Chi Minh!
I have substantially pulled back from the border,
but there is still a bit more to do,
at least in Lithuania.

Not sure what to make of this potential front.
Currently I'm trying to defend it ib case of Japanese attack.
