Anyway, they are finished now, ready for a game. I've based them 15mm wide and 20mm deep so they can form up, but I only ever expect them to be used a singles, however, never say never.
Eustache
On the base was the number 129
Bastien
On the base FN3
Corentin
On the base FN3?
Adrien
On the base CR1980
Gaspard
On the base the Hinchcliffe symbol and FN4?
Fabien
Same figure as Eustache
Damien
On the base NP22
So I think they are mostly Hinchcliffe, but they are old whatever they are.
Ready they are, and beautiful! Bastien and Adrien are my favourites...Bon travail monsieur!
ReplyDeleteThanks Phil. Ready they might have been, but...
DeleteThere are Hinchcliffe and if you need more they are still in production.
ReplyDeleteCheers
According to my records I have some 24 figures in total for this "unit" which has my project code of F35. Not all Hinchcliffe though.
DeleteLove to see figures which have been in the laed pile for so long getting into action. It gives me hope!
ReplyDeleteSadly figures do date, but they still retain their charm.
DeleteNice looking figures. Was it more relaxing painting them and not having another 300 waiting in a pile at the end of the table?
ReplyDeleteI hadn't thought of that, but yes, definitely so. These are one offs
DeleteSome of them (e.g. "Fabien") look like they might be Foremost figures (which were also produced by Hinchcliffe and are still available (as are Hinchcliffe) from Ian Hinds :)
ReplyDeleteThanks. I've had them so long I can't even remember how I came by them, possibly via a second hand stall. I'm just glad I've got them painted and in action.
