Nikephorian Byzantines verse Later Parthians

A club competition game against Russell's Parthians.

Quiet a lot of terrain: two woods, a gentle hill and an impassable lake.

Byzantines advance.

Byzantines get in some lucky shots.

Byzantine luck holds.

Parthians in trouble.

Game over.

    The poor old Parthians chose a very bad place to fight a battle, I think!

      Yes, Russell realised that once things go underway. It was all compounded by the luck being with me in the beginning, switching to him a bit in the middle before swinging back to me.
