Faint recall of Songs of Drums and Shakos

No sooner had I finished the figures then I got them on the table for a game of Songs of Drums and Shakos hoping to play based on memory of playing Songs of Blades and Heroes and Galleys and Galleons.

Hmmm, my guys seem to be falling over.

However it turned out to be short lived.  The Prussian commander got backup and after a few stumbles by the French commander the Prussians came up tops.

I used the same quality and combat factors for both sides and forgot about needing to reload.  We also didn't use the group rules.  So it was very simple but lots of fun.  Must read the rules again.
