About ten years ago Richard and I played Kiev to Rostov. Richard has acquired the rest of the games in this monster series and we have started reacquainting ourselves with the system. It's big and in a relatively short session we completed the Axis initial movement and combat steps of the first turn.
The sheer size of even just the initial AGN and AGC field of operations
makes this difficult to photograph.
As you'd expect the Axis have already broken through in places,
the next step is their motorised movement exploitation,
which should really open things up,
given a lot of the Soviets are fixed in place
for the first turn.
Impressive!
