Bags of Wings

This week at the club I was pressed for time, but was lucky to be able to take Darren's adaption of Bag the Hun and Wings of Glory for a flight with his paper planes.

My Spitfire got shot up and the pilot wounded and had to head for home.

Lots of promise.

  1. The planes look great - you have to look closely to see that they are made of paper.

    1. I'm tempted to have a go, but upon looking at the download it looks a bit fiddly if you want to do it in a small scale. The planes get their shape from internal paper rolls which is pretty clever. This was the site I was looking at: https://www.4dpaperairplane.com/wwii.html

  2. I agree with Ben; fantastic looking planes!
Have you seen the freely available at Landships (http://www.landships.info/landships/index.html)?

    1. Darren did a fine job. I'm tempted to have a go making one, but at 1/100th so less fiddly. Checking out your link now.
