Kiev to Rostov via Vassal - GT68

After the clear weather of the previous turn, we had a return to rain and with rain comes mud.

The Axis launch three attacks in order to secure the closure of the pocket.

They were successful and have been able to link up with the panzers which will help enormously with the supply situation. The Soviets also suffered a couple of units surrendering.

On the southern part of the front the Axis have pulled back.  

At Melitopol a further Axis attack caused some casualties on the Soviet defenders.
